Reservations

To make reservations online, or for current pricing and availability, please use the RESERVATIONS link above. Weekend reservations (Friday and Saturday nights) more than three months in advance may require a two-night stay. Rates may vary depending on the season.

By reserving a room at Stone Gables Bed and Breakfast, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are subject to change.

Deposits and Payments

Reservations made more than 14 days before the check-in date require a 50% deposit (rate + taxes). Reservations made 7 days or less before the check-in date require a 100% deposit (rate + taxes). Deposits do not include add-on items (charcuterie and cheese boards, flower arrangements, truffles, etc.). The remaining balance is due upon check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.

For a full house rental with a special event, you can save the date with a 50% deposit of the cost of the full house rental (rate + taxes), plus an event fee at the time of the reservation. Other deposits (linens, tent rental, portable toilets, etc.) may be charged as needed and after coordination with the event host. The remaining balance is due upon check-in and will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.

Room Occupancy

Only two guests per room, except for The Loft (which can accommodate four guests). An extra $25 per additional guest will be charged for breakfast.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call for arrangements. Early check-in may be available upon request.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request.

Cancellations

While we understand that events outside of your control may happen, we are a very small facility (five guest rooms), which forces us to be very restrictive in our cancellation policy.

To cancel your reservation, you must email us at innkeeper@stonegables-bb.com.

Full house rental cancellation requests require a 30-day (or more) notice before the first date on the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $50 processing fee. Full house reservations canceled 4-30 days before the check-in date will forfeit 100% of the first night including taxes or 100% of the deposit (rate + taxes) for one-night reservations. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours of notice, you will forfeit the full cost of the reservation, including taxes. No-shows and same-day cancellations will also forfeit the cost of perishable add-on items (charcuterie and cheese boards, flower arrangements, truffles, etc.), including taxes.

Individual room cancellation requests require a 14-day (or more) notice before the first date of the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $50 processing fee. Reservations canceled 4-14 days before the check-in date will forfeit 100% of the first night including taxes or 100% of the deposit (rate + taxes) for one-night reservations. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 72 hours of notice, you will forfeit the full cost of the reservation, including taxes. No-shows and same-day cancellations will also forfeit the cost of perishable add-on items (charcuterie and cheese boards, flower arrangements, truffles, etc.), including taxes. If the booking was secured with a Stone Gables gift certificate, a late cancellation (14 days or less) will null and void the certificate.

Special event cancellation requests require a 30-day (or more) notice before the first date on the reservation to receive a full refund of the deposit, less a $50 processing fee. If you must cancel within 30 days of notice, please understand that you will forfeit the full deposit, including taxes. Additionally, you will be responsible for expenses incurred by Stone Gables on your behalf (linens, tent rental, portable toilets, etc.).

Children and Animals

Stone Gables is an adult destination and not suitable for children. Many of our guests choose Stone Gables for a quiet romantic getaway. For the comfort and consideration of all our guests, we do not accept reservations with children under 12 years of age unless securing a full house rental.
